I dont know who is to blame, but he had scheduled procedures and was not really seeing regular patients that day. My original appt was for 10:45 and I received a call about 30 min before asking me to come in at noon which I did but then the receptionist was not sure if he was going to see me. I waited a bit and then the did see me and I do appreciate that very much. The receptionist told me I should call to make an appt instead of using this service. A little confusing if you ask me... However, when he did see me, he gave me his attention; like I said, I do apprecite it very much.

I personally did not like the attitude of the physician. He seemed to be a little curt with me and talked to me as if I was a child. I additionally was not happy with having to come to the office every 3 months for my birth control prescription to be refilled. I felt it was a ploy to take weight, urine, and see Dr. Thompson so they could bill your insurance. Totally not okay with those types of practices. He may be a great OBGYN for someone else, but definitely not my cup of tea.

I think he's a good doctor but he has the tendency to be late. That's actually understandable because he has other practices as well as works at a hospital. The good thing about him is that once he comes in he gets right down to business, but you have to be prepared to wait because its inevitable.

Dr. Thompson is very nice, a little 'dry' in his personality though. He did forget to introduce himself being this the first time we met. However, he made up by being extremely gentle and professional otherwise. He knows what he is doing.

I was the first appt. of the day and arrived 10 minutes early, to my surprise the entire office was closed, lights off, doors locked. I came in just for results and waited 30 minutes past my appt. time.

everyone was very kind and accomodating. the doctor himself was late because he was performing a delivery at a hospital. once he arrived everything went very quickly and smoothly.
