My appointment with Dr Sweet was transferred to Dr Eyton. This was done and agreed to in advance.
The p.a. was friendly and very efficient and there was very little wait time for the doctor who was very good and non-judgemental as I hadn't seen an eye doctor since 1961!
Only issue is that the ZocDoc online forms are not acceptable at this office, I don't know about others.

Dr. Sweet is the only person who accepts my insurance. Dr. Sweet is truly "Sweet" just like his name, and he's smart too! What a nice doctor whose staff are equally pleasant. The doctor took his time with me and explained that my symptoms indicated that I have glaucoma even though one certain test indicated otherwise. I felt that Dr. Sweet caught the fact that I needed further testing to ascertain if I need glaucoma drops that previous doctors never caught. I'm very happy I'm able to have Dr. Sweet as my eye doctor.

Errol Sweet is so far is the best opthamologist I have had. He is very knowledgeable and explains the procedures that he is conducting, why he is doing them and explains the results of the tests. He doesn't leave you lost without unanswered questions and always make sure you feel comfortable with your understanding. Also he is very caring and respectable and gives you a good laugh to make your visit a little bit better because no one likes to hear bad knees. My first visit with him and he gave me bad news about having mild diabetic retinopathy and normally I would be very upset and mad, but Errol Sweet made my visit very pleasant and ensured me he can help me and my eyes.

Don't let his name fool you. He is not sweet.
I was told after my procedure I could end up with "red bump" forever on my eye. He never offered any options or encouragement. I was distraught that as a young woman my eye could possibly remain defected. At least offer some hope with options. Something like " don't worry if you end up with a scar/bump we will address that if the time comes." He gave me no reassurance but arrogantly hissed at me that he had over 40 years experience. Even if I do end up with a defect. I won't be going back to this not so sweet dr. He needs to learn that you may have years of experience but you're only as good as your last patient encounter.

Was expecting my relatively simple appointment to be completed in one visit at one location, but Ot seems as though this office likes to double charge the insurance by keeping required equiptment at another location requiring another appointment. Disappointed
