I was disappointed that the pre-registration I did on ZocDoc did not show up at the doctors office. I had to take the time to fill out the paperwork again.
Dr. Otah was very nice and explained my options well. I will have to go back for surgery and give a better account at that time.

Dr. Otah mad sure that I saw her before leaving town. She would have rearranged her schedule to make sure she saw me. As a patient that meant a lot. She also took the time to contact the medical supplier to make sure I got my ordered supplies. Thank you!

Dr. Ese Otah is a native New Yorker who spent her early years being raised in San Antonio, Texas. She has been in practice for over 10 years and cares for patients 18 and over. She graduated from college with honors and earned her Medical Degree at the SUNY Health Science Center of Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center). She completed her General Surgery Residency at New York Medical College and affiliated hospitals. After residency she trained in advanced laparoscopic and bariatric surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center and Methodist Medical Center in Houston.
Dr. Otah is passionate about empowering people to lead healthy and productive lives. She encourages patients to be active in their own healthcare. Dr. Otah provides comprehensive surgical care. Aside from weight loss surgery, she performs advanced laparoscopic general surgery and is a certified wound care specialist. When not involved in patient care, Dr. Otah enjoys traveling with her husband and sons, exercising, singing, and movie viewing.

I was impressed by the respectful and friendly staff members, clean atmosphere, and close proximity. The provider was extremely pleasant. I did not wait very long to explain my issue and got clear and concise answers promptly. Provider has been flexible.
