Dr. Curtiss brought Professional Chiropractic care to the Grand Rapids area in 1982. After growing up in Hastings, Michigan, he received his BA degree from Olivet Nazarene University and his MA from Western Michigan University. Dr. Curtiss received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1955 and has been in the profession for 57 years.
His postgraduate studies included training in specific cervical care and gentle adjusting. In extensive studies, he learned how to handle whiplash injuries and how to take care of patients with various types of scoliosis. Dr. Curtiss continues to take courses to keep himself current with the times.
