She spent time going over my personal history, she offered great suggestions to increase my health and had a great bedside manner and was knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised and will be seeing her next month for a follow up appointment. I also completed the paperwork online which saved time.

Billing insurance difficulties!
I went into the office for a routine annual exam, which should have been covered 100% by my insurance. The insurance paid NOTHING due to the way the doctor submitted the insurance claim. She refused to resubmit it.
The details:
Before the seeing the doctor, I filled out one of those long forms asking about my previous medical history. She asked about it during the appointment, then billed me for a consultation on that condition!!!! Another doctor healed me and she basically billed for asking about it. She gave no advice and no referrals to a specialist for my "back problem" that was healed years ago.
She refused to resubmit it and, of course, Blue Cross Blue Shield backed her because they did not have to pay a dime. I'm guessing she gets more money for a consultation than a routine physical. She charged more for her "consultation" than a visit with a top Orthopedist with x-rays. I hear a lot of doctors are doing this....billing annual checkups as consultations if anything historical is mentioned.

She's the first doctor I've stuck with in so many years because she's so personable & she really listens to all that is going on with you. She always gets me in very fast & my waiting time is barely 15 minutes. I love their office!

She is lovely. The staff is great. It was nice to feel like I was back home in Pennsylvania again and cared for like a person instead of a number.

Dr. Eva treated me like a person; I wasn't her patient... I was her friend - she took her time to talk with and listen to me. She approached me as if I were her teammate on a journey to wellness - not as if she were the expert and I the willing subject. My meeting with her lasted at least 30 minutes. I had no idea how wonderful going to the doctor's office could be.
The office environment isn't the nicest... it isn't new and sterile... it isn't closed off and the receptionist isn't shoved behind some glass window. The equipment isn't all new, the waiting room isn't extravagant or well-equipped, but the staff are friendly, the people in the waiting room are friendly, and the physician is amazing.
If you need a new primary care provider, you would be a fool to not make an appointment with Dr. Eva.

I love the fact that her biggest concern was with how I felt and not a one size fits all approach . I really felt like she was actively listening, many doctors don't . I also felt she answered all my questions thoroughly . Great Doctor, friendly staff, highly recommend .
