This was my second appointment for Botox injection and obviously that was because I was very happy with the result the first time. I continue my Botox treatment with Dr Ransom for sure.

I had filled the Health History and all the paper work through ZocDoc to save time when I get to doctor's office. But they didn't bring it up and asked me to fill the papers again. I don't like it at all. That's one of the good features that ZocDoc has and I can fill my papers once in a proper time and carefully and not waste time on it again. Please tell the doctors that and have them put all their required forms online.
Thank you,
