About Dr. Evgeny Bulat
Dr. Jack Bulat is a triple Ivy League-trained vein specialist. He is deeply passionate about not only treating his patients comprehensively but also teaching them about their conditions so that they are well-equipped to be their own best advocates when it comes to their health.
Dr. Bulat is double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, and board-eligible in vein medicine. He completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania, residency in anesthesiology at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, and fellowship in pain medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Prior to starting his medical training, Dr. Bulat also obtained a Master’s degree in molecular and cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley. His time at Berkeley was crucial for guiding Dr. Bulat’s long-standing love of science towards medicine and patient care.
Dr. Bulat was the recipient of the prestigious Twenty-First Century Merit Scholarship for medical school from the University of Pennsylvania and was inducted into the Chairman’s Honor Roll during residency training at Weill Cornell. During fellowship training at Harvard Medical School, Dr. Bulat was selected to participate in a competitive course on value-based healthcare delivery at Harvard Business School. Outside of clinical medicine, Dr. Bulat is actively involved in mentorship—both as a mentor to medical students with the American Society of Anesthesiologists and as a mentee with the North American Neuromodulation Society. He also has broad and extensive research experience, having authored over 35 publications and presentations and been selected as an Amgen Scholar.

I have visited the office several times to do the procedures. Each time I am greeted with a smile, and they take care of me right away. Dr. Bulat explains what he will be doing and reviews step by step as he conducts each procedure.
I still have 1 or 2 more visits, and I am very happy and satisfied with the service.

Call center and office may have communication issues. Also, appointment was “canceled” because insurance card was “not on file prior to appointment”. No call given to patient to update info or that appointment was canceled. They have a portal chat, still no message to patient. I unknowingly showed up and had to wait to be seen.

This doctor is marvelous. He is smart educated and he knows how to show you what is wrong and how to fix it he’s got great energy and I highly recommend him. The office staff was professional and very clean.

As the father of cardiologist, I am especially aware of the effort energy, and specific level of intelligence required to succeed as a physician Dr. Jack Bulat exceeds in these medical requisites. He is an admirable professional.

While it is no fun getting needles Dr. Vulat's friendly, yet professional manner and gentle touch makes it bearable.. And, so far they work!! My only issue is that I wish the office was open more than Tues/Thurs. Thursday to Tuesday is a long-time when you are in pain.

I would rate my visit Dr. Bulat a (10) why a 10 he cares and shows alot of concern. Does not rush the patient spends alot of quality time. Answered all my questions about my condition and how we are going to proceed. If u are looking for Dr. your pain definitely reommend Dr. Bulat.
