Fadia Habib-Khazen is a highly accomplished and dedicated allergist serving in the cities of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Avondale, and Anthem in Arizona.
Dr. Habib-Khazen has been in private practice since 1988 and is board-certified by both the American Board of Allergy and Immunology and the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Habib-Khazen received her medical training at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, and completed her internship, residency, and fellowship programs at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Habib-Khazen is a fellow of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. She has made many invaluable contributions to the disciplines of Allergy and Immunology as well as Pediatrics, and consequently, she was named as one of Phoenix Magazine’s Top Doctors of 2012.

I liked her but she was very pushy with wanting me to have allergy shots when I was not interested in coming in every other day for 2 - 3 months. She also charged me for something that I didn't want to do unless it was covered by my insurance. The good thing about this issue is, as far as I am aware,that it was resolved quickly. She is overall very kind and is interested in helping you without much of a wait time.
