Dr. Fady A. El-Bahri, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. He completed his fellowship at The American Sports Medicine Institute. His expertise is in sports medicine, ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair and knee and shoulder arthroscopy. Dr. Fady Bahri is among a handful of orthopedic surgeons in the world, pioneering the newest technique for the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for injuries in the knee. The technique is called "All-Inside, Double-Bundle ACL Reconstruction." It aims to provide more stability to the knee and will decrease the chance of developing arthritis over time.

Despite referral from tricare, taking the afternoon off work, and showing my online registration to the front desk, the office failed to schedule me. The front office acknowledged that their online scheduling does not work unless I bring the referral in to schedule (seems to defeat purpose). Even so, schedule could not fit me in. Curt responses blaming “the system” from front desk lead me to believe I should go elsewhere. Maybe Dr. el Bahri is good, but I cannot know. Front desk has mirrored windows with “do not knock “ signs, so you cannot see a receptionist. Reminds one of a decrepit pawn shop (I expected Danny Devito to open the window). I acknowledge that I am writing this in the parking lot after being refused, so I’m pretty steamed.

It was ok. Dr. Fady El-Bahri is a man of few words and he can come across cold and uninviting, because of this visits can be awkward and a bit uncomfortable. The staff are friendly though and Dr. Fady El-Bahri is very good at his trade.

It wasn't anything to write home about. The support staff was very nice, however the doctors weren't very friendly or too concerned with their patients (it seemed). Dr. Bahri was ok, my face time with him was super brief. I waited for over an hour before being seen and I was on time. When asked about a tentative back to work date, it took 15 mins to get an answer and that question went through literally 4 people. If ever I find myself in this predicament again, I probably will use another orthopedic surgeon.

Listened to my son's concerns. Retook x-rays, explained how to take care of the injury and the expected healing time frame. Dr. El-Bahri was very informative.
