Faezeh Izadmanesh, M.D., affectionately known as “Dr. Izad,” completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at University of California, San Diego. She attended medical school at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine on the island of St. Maarten. Dr. Izadmanesh completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Summa Barberton Hospital in Barberton, Ohio. She is Diplomat of American Board of Family Medicine and holds medical licensure in Nevada and California. Dr. Izadmanesh is the recipient of several awards and professional recognition including being named Chair of Medicine following her appointment of Vice-Chair of Medicine for Mesa View Regional Hospital. She was named Family Practice Resident of the Quarter for Barberton Hospital, Ohio and was also awarded the Family Practice Resident Teacher Award. Experienced treating the chronic and acute needs of newborns to geriatric patients, Dr. Izadmanesh enjoys being able to see them from the convenience of her office. In her free time, she likes to travel and cook her favorite Persian dishes for friends.

Dr. Faezeh Izadmanesh was very professional. She was very easy to speak too. Dr. Faezeh had one of her medical student who was in training help her, he was very pleasant as well. Dr. Faezeh will be my family doctor for now on.

Dr. Izad was amazing. She understood my issues and walked me through a very sensitive topic. I felt comfortable talking to her and was happy that I chose her as my first GYN. I will be returning to her next year, and I have booked an appointment for my mother to see her as well!

She listens and has respect for what you are saying and gives you her best professional service or advice. The best I have had in the past 2 years from any physician. I am confident her treatment will help me in the future.

What a kind and genuine caring woman. I have been jaded by the numerous poor encounters when trying to find a primary care physician. Finding her on ZocDoc was easy! Convenient! I saw her pic, read the reviews, felt the connection and scheduled appt. I got email confirmation next day from the office. I was emailed a calendar invite that included location and time. When I got there the front office staff was kind and friendly. The intake nurse was attentive and really listened. The doctor was on time and spent time learning about me and assessing my needs. And they have an I house lab so I don't have to go anywhere else to get my lab work done. VERY pleased with my experience and am looking forward to getting refocused on my healthcare needs with Dr. Izad.
