Wasn't pleased with both of my visits with this doctor. Unprofessional, not a great listener. Wouldn't go back or recommend. Staff didn't know how to draw blood and stuck me many times uncomfortably. Doctor talked about her 'not' getting paid by my insurance yet so she would not proceed to treat me. I mention to the doctor about a medication that she have given me that could have caused in an allergic reaction. There was no sense of urgency, nor caring-Ness of this matter. She tried to convince me that it was a food allergy instead of the medication that she had prescribed me and called me too sensitive .The doctor made me feel even more helpless with my illness than I was before.

Kierra the medical assistant/receptionist was so kind, attentive, AND personable. I felt very comfortable even before seeing the NP. Faith was nice and sweet but informative, thorough, and also yet very to the point. I will absolutely be going back to this facility.

Faith is an amazing, knowledgable health provider. I didn't know what to expect, but I was blown away. I didn't expect to get my needs met right away, because oftentimes doctors don't always know how to help. She knew what to try, what to ask, and how I should best be treated. I am so happy I made this appointment.

I would not go back to this dr. I feel she was very unprofessional, and did not really care to attend to me because when I would explain to her what the issue was, she seemed a little careless and not only that, but our appointment was through a video call and she said her camera was not working, but did not even offer to exit out and try again and all she did was apologize and say she really hoped that I would be able to see her face but didn’t try to. On top of that she prescribed me some thing that was not even for my condition. She gave me instructions on how to use it, and when I picked it up at the pharmacy, I was told different, including on the product was saying to use it differently. At the end of our appointment I forgot to ask for a doctors note for work and then when I called back to ask her for one, I was told that she would have her assistant send me one, and I never received one even after reaching out multiple times to ask for it.

My appointment was at 2:45 I joined at 2:44. I waited for ten mins. I called in and the receptionist said the dr confused me with another person and I had to wait even though they texted me three times telling me to be on time for my appointment. Then the dr called me and I told her I booked that time specifically because that was the only time I had to set aside for an appointment that I really needed. She called me back at 3:05 asking me what was my appointment for , but I couldn’t see her nor could I talk around the people in the environment I was in. The whole appointment was so very unprofessional and I am very upset that I had to wait even though I was early to my appointment as they requested!

Amazing! She listened patiently without rushing me. She also explained thoroughly everything to me. She went over labs I had drawn before visiting and made sure I understood every detail. Outstanding job, customer service was excellent as well as bedside manner. Her front office staff is the best. Very nice and patient as well. Don’t hesitate, make your appointment right away.
