This facility is highly disorganized and unprofessional. I had simply searched for a provider that accepted my health insurance and was gravely disappointed with my experience here. I was at the office for about 3 hours and whatever CNA attended to me was incredibly disorganized and therefore unprofessional in my opinion. The doctor in himself wasn’t great either, I felt depsite being there for hours and sitting in silence while he filled in the information on the computer my session was rushed and my concerns weren’t properly attended to. In addition I received a call from them while at work with no voicemail left, of course this freaked me out bc I immediately assumed something was wrong only to be on hold for 15 minutes and told they were attempting to set a follow up appointment (this could’ve easily been expressed in voicemail and saved me the time and stress). I would not recommend this location or doctor to anyone.

He was in a hurry even though no one was there. But it was late on a Sunday. Honestly, he was one of the only doctors but I’m going to go back for a follow up at a more reasonable time.

I opted the "check-in online" with ZocDoc to avoid filling out papers at the clinic, but I had to fill out the forms all over again once I got there so that was annoying because it was time-consuming. The place itself, although acceptable in terms of cleanliness, is definitely dated with the technology and they need to install a working lock for the restroom. They had people mopping the floors while patients were waiting to see their doctors. Dr. Gadee wasn't friendly but nor do I detest him, but his questions made it uncomfortable to see him again.
