Patient reviews for Dr. Fareeha Khan
The office was very busy and lots of waiting around in between different tests. The doctor was wonderful.
Disorganized and slow. Their computer system does work well, so original zocdoc appointment had to be rescheduled. Once in the office, all the questions completed with the nurse did not seem to be in the file, so doc asked them all a second time.
Professional , attentive and caring staff. Personalized treatment with everything explained and all questions answered. I was initially apprehensive but comfortable and relaxed at the end of my appointment.
Great experience very thorough
Can't recommend enough. She was fantastic, and so was the rest of her staff. Very pleasant, and the office has comfy furniture and fun music in every room so you never feel uncomfortable. I felt so comfortable the whole time. Dr. Khan was very knowledgeable and made a great referral for a hematologist also. I will be seeing her again for sure. A 5-star rating doesn't even do her justice!! Top quality!
DR Khan is compassionate intelligent perceptive and immediately understood my concerns and she addressed them. Her intellect is formidable and exactly what I am looking for in a cardiologist. I highly recommend Dr. Khan and I will tell my friends and family.
The entire office staff runs this office efficiently and professionally. Great office!
Dr. Khan is a really good doctor with a wonderful bedside manner.
Dr. Khan was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was also super apologetic any time I had a long wait. She seemed very straight forward/down to earth which was helpful!
I like how candid Dr. Khan is and the staff seems professional which makes it more surprising that the evaluation process is not more streamlined....I feel bounced around when I'm there. It's into one room for taking my weight, back to waiting room, another room for blood pressure, back to waiting room, another room for Dr Khan's inital consultation, back to waiting room, another room for tests, back to waiting room, another room for test, back to waiting room, Dr Khan again for final review, etc. Keeps your mind off of why you're there but makes for a long day.
The service was okay, staff friendly but the wait was insane, more than 2 hours and the consultation lasted less than 30 minutes.
Dr. Khan is extremely thorough and works hard on a comprehensive approach to problems. Be prepared to wait, though, as the office seems to run behind often. If you have the time to spare, it's worth it.
Very thorough. I was impressed.
Outstanding physician with attention to detail. I consulted Dr. Khan for my family member, she made our visit worthwhile. She was compassionate and answered all our questions with patience and clarity.
I have had several visits with Dr. Khan. Each visit she and her staff are very thorough, and they do try new methods to measure results to ensure they are covering all angles. I have no complaints, and feel that I am always well taken care of.
Love Dr. Khan! She is fantastic and I really enjoyed being around her.
Office should have confirmed insurance coverage before my visit (1 hr drive) if there was any doubt of coverage/participation but they did not.
Had an echo with a very sweet and competent technician. Lovely staff and excellent doctor.
Could not have asked for better treatment.
Very nice doctor and very friendly staffs!
It was the worst visit to a doctor in my life, Dr office was unorganized,, I spent 9 hours to get my heart checked.
Dr. Fahreeha and her staff were tremendously helpful, polite, and courteous. There was always a smile to be seen and a very friendly demeanor. Dr. Fareeha took such an interest in my case that I was almost too happy to be her patient. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again!
Dr. Khan was kind and understanding. She took the time to listen and discuss my symptoms.
I was extremely impressed and comfortable with Dr. Khan and all of her staff. I have a followup appointment next week and actually look forward to going back for a visit. Highly recommend her and her office!
The wait to see the doctor was too long.
Wonderful! Very thorough
Very Attentive and detailed. Nothing negative to say about the visit. A very good Cardiologist if not the best.
Amazing personality, makes you feel like you're her one and only patient. Answers any questions and helps you understand in detail. Never felt rushed or I welcomed she even took the extra steps to help me with my anxiety. Highly recommend.
Will definately go back. She took fhe time to listen.
Do not recommend at all, especially the staff
I was so impressed with Dr. Khan & her entire staff. It's a very pretty, homey environment from the time you walk in...I love that everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses & other healthcare staff, introduce themselves and let you know what they'll be doing for you that day. Dr. Khan herself was exceedingly kind, gentle, thorough, knowledgeable, and I just felt like I was in great hands. I have far too many specialists at my relatively young age of 38, and have seen a lot of cardiologists over the last several years. Dr. Khan really knows what she's doing and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to feel like their doctor is seeing them as a complete human being and not just a number or a chart.
Dr Khan and her staff are professional and thorough.
Impressed with office staff and "one stop shopping" for procedures. Was somewhat busy when I was seen the first time and had numerous amounts of waiting time for which staff repeatedly apologized. Received results on spot from Dr. Follow-up visit had minimal waiting, but did not receive results for some time and only have following up myself.
Dr. Khan diagnosed a serious problem of which I had been previously unaware. She did so in a caring and thoughtful manner, taking great effort to put me at ease and explain treatment options to me. I'm happy to consider her part of my life-long healthcare team.
Dr. Khan is a wonderful physician and her staff is excellent. Everything taken care of in one stop.
Dr Khan and her team were proficient and professional. Everyone was also very friendly and approachable. Results were reviewed with me and proactive tips suggested for prevention. I would highly recommend her practice for your heart care.
Dr. Khan greeted me personally before I was seen by any of associates. I was treated professionally by each of her associates that I interacted with. I would gladly recommend Dr. Khan to my friends/colleagues.
Dr. Khan is extremely competent, knowledgeable and very through. She explained everything fully. Her staff was also caring and thoughtful. I wish there were more doctors like her.
She is amazing
I had my first and second appointments at Dr. Khan's office this week. It was a very pleasant experience and I was treated well by all of the staff from the front desk, to the questions about my health by the nurses and the stress tests and blood work. The entire staff worked as a well oiled machine and moved me along with other patients in and out of the examination and treatment rooms. The initial wait was short and the waiting room is very comfortable. The entire staff was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful. On the first day, I had my radioactive labeled stress test on the treadmill with the associated scanning and the heart sonogram. On the second day, all of my arteries and veins were examined by sonogram in my neck and my legs including the blood pressure ratios between my arms and legs to determine the health of my entire circulation system. I was there about four hours the first day and three hours the second day, and it was fun and enjoyable. It was the most thorough examination of my life, and Dr. Khan is fabulous. She interviewed me, discussed my diagnosis and treatment. Since I had not seen a primary care physician nor had my meds for six months she wrote me prescriptions and gave me a free sample for my blood pressure since it was high. How can I say it was the best Dr's visit of my life? They even have very nice coffee and snacks for you after the stress test and while you wait for other procedures. It was great because all of the equipment is right there and no need to go to the hospital for procedures or to a lab to get blood drawn. I can't wait until I go back in eight weeks.....and I hate going to the doctor's!!! That's why I had not had my meds for six months! My ex boss is a retired cardiologist and he was urging me for six months to go to a doctor, preferably a cardiologist, for a thorough examination and I didn't go until this week. I have a family history of heart disease and 6 out of 6 risk factors, but my prognosis is good. I had not had a stress test in 8 or 9 years and I'm glad I went. You should too!
Very nice, helpful, and knowledgable Doctor. Will recommend her !!!!
Excellent staff! They were extremely reassuring.
it was a very pleasant visit, i really liked the way she took care of my concerns and answered every question that i had in my mind, and all the procedures were explained to me. i am glad that she is my heart doctor, she explained all my results to me on the very same day and that was amazing. i highly recommend her, if you need a heart doctor in DMV, she is one amazing person to have as a doctor.
She's so nice and caring and an excellent doctor
The doctor was dressed very unprofessionally and has unpleasant manner. Her clothing revealed her cleavage. (I suppose every doctor should wear white scrub...). They should give me a call back in regards to my condition but they never did! I will never go back to that doctor again.SMH.
Dr. is nice and professional.
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and listened to everything I asked. However, they didn't record my appointment, so I waited for an hour for the doctor to arrive at the office. She also dresses in a somewhat revealing fashion.
