Omg my visit was very good. I had a serious situation,and the doctor and nurse reassured me the situation was going to be fine.,
They calmed me down talked with me,and I now know that this will be my permanent medical facility,the office setting was clean and the staff was polite.

i will NEVER take my children there again. When we got there (appointments were for 8 & 8:15) the office was not even open. Finally BOTH workers pulled up at 8:15 (one w/ her child in tote, no babysitter she said). They weighed my daughter (shes 5) they DID NOT have a scale or themomaters for infants/toddlers. The medical assistant wasnt aware how to do vitals on my kids. Dr comes in after I explain again, as i did when i booked appointment and checked in today, and that my children needed SHOTS. after the dr is done with the visit. She states 'we do not do shots here'!! i mean are you kidding me! i explained at least 3 times before goint into appointment, MY KIDS NEED SHOTS. I could of been told over the phone that they do not provide this service. Then she sends in her son ( the PA) which proceeds to say 'I can refer you elsewhere or you can go to walgreens'. The 3 THREE places they referred me said 'im sorry maam but you would have to 1schedule appointment, pay again 2 change ppa on insurance and 3 do child check up all over again. Horrible experience. I basically took my children to a field trip to the drs office!!!!!!!
