The nurse who visited me in prior wasn’t clean! Apparently he doesn’t know how dress up professionally! I was able to see his backside! Before meeting doctor I wasn’t feeling comfortable!
Overall, doctor was great and I’m happy with her!

If I did not already have a PCP, I would chose Dr. Shah-Khan. It is heartening to see a community-minded practice that is high-quality, squeaky clean, cheerful, friendly and effective. While there are med students working there, this means you get 2x the time with a medical professional. I got a COVID antibody test and a flu shot. I will go there again.

Dr. Shah-Khan is as talented as she is beautiful!! She's very thorough and professional and very observant to your needs and is very supportive of your team of doctors that you have in conjunction with her. I wish other doctors were as complementary as she is. She have the ability to create a clear synopsis of your health condition based on all the lab work you have taken with other doctors. My only regret is that, I wish she was closer to the southwest suburbs. Please, request her services, She doesn't know how many doctors spoke highly and support her.

The visit with Dr. Shah-Khan went well. She was very thorough She listened intently; She asked qualifying questions; She did research in real time based on what I was explaining to her. She did a work up on me based on my lab reports that I provided. The doctors support staff were completely engaged with me as well as with the other patients. Even though a lot of unforeseen things were occurring. Her staff remained thorough; polite; concised with their thoughts and the reason why they was doing what they was doing was completely explained. I'm definitely going back to do a follow up at her home office.

First, Dr. Shah-Khan arrived more than 45 minutes late for my appointment time. She told me she would call me with results the following Thursday (2 days after appointment). It has now been two weeks since the appointment and no one has sent any type of correspondence nor responded to a voice mail left at the doctor's office.

They didn't receive the forms I had filled out online. Staff seemed confused. Forms that I had to fill out in the office were photocopied faxes which made them extremely difficult to read.

She is a great doctor, she listens and she believes in helping you patients and that's what I like about her. I'm seriously thinking about changing her to my primary.

This doctor was horrible. I schedule & confirmed my appointment and got there early as their office advised. When I got there the doctor wasn't even there. She called and said it was going to take her 30 more minutes to get to the office. When she finally got there she told she had no idea what was wrong with me (I had poison ivy on my arms). She never took a swab of my rash or called for any sort of biopsy to figure out what was wrong with me. Then she drew blood from me & never told me what tests she was going to run with it. She was absolutely horrible - one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Dr. Shan-Khan is awesome. The wait time is longer than I would like, but it's because she spends the needed time with each patient and listens to their questions and concerns. She's very patient and willing to explain all concerns & questions!
I wish more doctors in this world of "RUSH" would remember why they are doctors and why they see patients in 1st place.
