I really liked her. She is very understanding and kind. The initial wait was very short compared to alot of offices where I am used to waiting over 1-1/2 hrs. The only thing I wish they would change is that after your appt. you have to wait till they call you to settle up on the bill. That part is kind of annoying.

She is very knowledgeable. Has a lovely manner, nice staff, tranquil waiting room and my whole experience was a lot nicer than I expected it to be. Kudos to Dr Valliani and Co.

The office seemed to get very busy and backed up. Unfortunately, I don't think the doctor was able to help me.
I was a little frustrated by the wait in between the times the doctor dropped in my room to help me, but... I just got home from my second appt. and another doc. That was 5 stars all the way around.
I wish I could have stayed for the rest of my appt., but I waited in the exam room so long that I was actually late for my other appt.
Dr. Valliani seems like a knowledgable and very capable Dr. I just feel that maybe I caught the office on a bad day.
