I went my first time because I was sick and she was very concern and asked all questions that was needed to asked my 2nd appointment she made sure all my questions and concern was asked also the people who checks your weight BP etc are nice and friendly as well , they made sure I was comfortable when I got my blood taken. I wasn’t for sure how it was gone be because it’s a med spa as well but everyone I encountered in the office met my expectations thank you to all staff ! I do again like FeliCa I had a concern about something else not pertaining my appointment and she answered my question very throughly

The front desk staff immediately greeted me as I walked through the door. The other staff was friendly welcoming and kind, you don’t see that everywhere. The practitioner I saw was responsive, and attentive to my needs very knowledgeable and respectful. This environment was warm and welcoming.

I highly recommend this office and Dr. Felicia Miles, FNP-C, APRN. I appreciated that I was texted for a reminder for my appointment. When I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and beautiful office. Dr. Felicia was very attentive, and spoke in terms I could understand. She was also so nice and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend!
