I made my appointment through ZocDoc's and had left a message explaining my inquiry beforehand. As soon as I started talking about why I was there Dr Chu remembered my message and was very knowledgeable and informative about the topic. It was great that he took the time to review my inquiry beforehand.
He wasn't in a rush to get out like most other doctors and was very honest, professional and helpful. I'd highly recommend him to anyone, very very professional, good communication, genuine and smart. It was one of my best medical experiences in New York for sure.
