While on vacation in Kissimmee, FL, a situation arose in which I needed to see a dermatologist. After reviewing some information on the Internet, I made an online appointment with Dr. Manlio. Upon arrival, I was told I would be seeing the doctor's Physician Assistant. Disappointed that I would not see Dr. Manlio but eager to be seen that day, I decided to keep the appointment. I am so very glad I did! From the receptionist, to the nurse and finally to the Physician's Assistant, every detail was handled with care and proficiency. My problem was addressed and the issue was clearly explained to my comprehension. I could not ask for more. I would definitely return to Dr. Manlio's practice if in need of any dermatological problem. All employees were top-of-the line. As a person who has worked in the medical field, it is difficult not to hold others in the field to a very high standard. Dr. Manlio's employees not only met my needs, they exemplify how every patient should be treated, not only with their knowledge but their manner. Thank you all for your excellence!

It was very good in general; the doctor has an excellent bedside manner. He took a lot of time with me as it was my 1st app't. 1 thing I didn't feel comfortable with was the number of people coming in/out of the examination room I was in. I didn't really know or understand who everyone was & what their job function was. At 1 point there were 4 people in the room, including the doctor.

I was very pleased and Dr. Manlio was as well as the PA and MA were very thorough and pleasant. They definitely are a team and work well together. I left knowing that everything I addressed was answered and left making my next appt.
