This Doctor was recommended to me by a friend. I found him to be very kind and considerate. I've never seen a doctor spend so much time to go over the details of my situation with me before. his fees for self-pay patients are reasonable (since I did not have health insurance) I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to take their health seriously. I have already recommended him to my coworkers and I have yet to hear an unsatisfied report.

A graduate of the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara (Mexico), Dr. Theogene started his medical-surgical training at Howard University Hospital (Washington, D.C.). He completed his residency in family practice at South Nassau Community Hospital (Oceanside, NY) in 1994.
He is an approved Civil Surgeon for The United States Department of Justice since 1999. He is authorized to conduct physical examinations for foreign nationals seeking legal resident status (Green Card), and to fill out citizenship waiver forms for applicants with medical indications.
His work experience at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center includes 2 years in the ED Department, 2 years in the Long-Term Care Department, and 12 years in the Ambulatory Care Department. Most recently, he spent 4 years as the Primary Care Physician at Urban Health Plan (Bronx, NY).
His private practice, along with his admitting privilege at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, have been active since 1998. His extensive experience, along with his fluency in English, Spanish, French and Haitian Creole has allowed him to serve a wide variety of patients over 20 years.

Dr. Theogene is the best doctor I have seen. I'm very glad I come to him with my condition. He is smart, outstanding and made sure I understand everything about my case before I left the office. His staff even helped to make sure that my insurance company would pay for all the testings that I needed. I didn't end up paying anything out of pocket! I felt like they were concerned with getting me to feel better than with charging me some crazy bill.
