This is the first time that I visited Dr. Mercande’s office. Her bedside manner was excellent and she listened to all of my concerns. She explained to me what could be happening and did a thorough examination. I had heard great things about her, and they were confirmed with this visit. I will continue to go to her.

She wouldn’t listen to what I was telling her is wrong all she wanted was to push me off to a psychiatrist. I told her multiple times I’m not depressed and listed my actual issues she ignored everything I said. At one point I just zoned out and stopped caring. Not going back here looking for a new doctor.

Dr.Fernanda was simply amazing! As a nursing student, her bedside manner was definitely one to mimic! She made me feel as if I knew her for years, she was gentle with her touch and gave me great advice. I can honestly say that I've found a new health care provider!

I think that anyone would benefit from her services but any young women looking to acquire a long term doctor, you can just make your appointment for her right now. Saying she's a GREAT doctor doesn't cut it, she's the type of professional you never want to lose!

Dr Mercade was professional and open to explaining things to me in response to my questions. She did not act rushed or hurried. However I had to wait almost an hour despite showing up early for my appointment.
