The receptionist is the only reason I didn't storm out of this office. This doctor is a flat our jerkoff. He doesn't listen, so don't waste your time on him. Rude rude RUDE! Awful! I hated him so much, I swear if his receptionist hadn't been such a sweetheart I would have run out of there and not wasted my time. Avoid this doctor if you can. And hey doc, if you see this, STOP BEING AWFUL !!! People come to you for help. Don't act like your patients are inconveniencing you. I would've gotten better medical attention if I had my dogs veterinarian examine me. OH! And his office manager or whatever she was. Awful. must be related to him, same rude, atrocious attitude.

I needed a urologist who allows for Saturday and evening appointments and that's how I found Dr. Mazda. When I arrived I was a little late, no problem with this Dr. I was seen quickly, the course of treatment was explained in a friendly manner. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
Office staff was great also.

The only reason it wasn't 5 stars in wait time is because I had to fill out my paperwork.
Dr Mazda was great. His bedside manor was excellent. He explained everything so I understood. I was told what the next steps would be and what further courses of action could be done.
If you need a second opinion from a urologist you went to the wrong doctor; you needed to see Dr Mazda first.

I went to the Doctor for a very personal problem, I felt like I did not get the right type of listening and concern from the Doctor. His response seemed very nonchalant and casual.
If he was a little more personable and showed care, I would have gone back. Overall, I did not like my visit, and regretted choosing this Doctor. Maybe this was just an experience with me.

I found that Dr Mazda had a poor bedside manner. Was really not concerned with my condition and complaints and did not believe my complaints. I almost had to beg for something to ease my urinary pain. I will not be going back.

My experiences with Dr. Mazda were, hands down, the absolute worst medical experiences in my life. Read on, please. This is all true.
The first time I saw Dr. Mazda, he yelled at me for a good 10 minutes because my appointment was the day before I was scheduled to leave the country for business. I had a cancer scare and was fully ready to cancel my trip, if necessary. Somehow, this still angered him. Imagine, on top of finding out you might have cancer, that your doctor is yelling at you. It was a horrible experience. It turns out I was fine, but needed to get another ultrasound six months from that date.
The second time I saw Dr. Mazda, I received a routine ultrasound. I was told I would be contacted with the results in a week. A week and a half went by without results, so I called the office. When a nurse returned my call, she did not give me my results, but rather told me I had to make an appointment as soon as possible. I made the appointment for the next day and then asked if she could tell me anything about the results over the phone. She said that she was not allowed to do so. This all obviously made me think to prepare for the worst. I went in the next day, and the nurse comes in and takes my blood pressure. Again, she couldn't tell me anything about the results. Fifteen minutes later, Dr. Mazda finally comes in, examines me, asks me a bunch of questions, and then finally tells me I have a clean bill of health. Why couldn't I have been told that over the phone? Or, at the very least, when I walked in the door? And, of course, I was charged even more for this follow up appointment that was completely unnecessary.
I have absolutely never in my life had such a horrible experience with a doctor. In fact, I didn't even think this was possible. Again, this is all true. Stay away from Dr. Mazda.

Very knowledgable and thorough. Easy to explain the issues you are having and analyzes the situation before determining its root cause. Appears to take legitimate interest in your health.

Very Professional, Personal and detailed ! Answered all my questions and gave me a lot of good overall info ! Explained the tests he ran and what the result numbers meant ! Personally made sure that the prescription that he wanted to give me would have no negative effects with medications that I am currently taking !

Doctor Firdausi was very rude it seem like he laughed at what was going on with me. I will never go back to this place I hate that I ever visited. He told me "you have so much such wrong"and then laughed after he said that. I can't believe that he is still in business. I was already concern about going to the doctor and he made it worst.

Great doctor
August 23, 2014Raed M.Verified patient
He has a bad temper and is condescending. He spent most of his time scolding us because we didn't bring medical records, and didn't believe us when we verbally told him the results of previous testing. Besides that, we got the answer that we wanted, but I will not go back to him.

I absolutely loved Dr. Mazda. He is the nicest, most caring doctor I have seen in years. I went in for a consult and he helped answer so many questions, and even is helping me get in quicker to see a specialist. Would highly recommend Dr. Mazda. I wish all doctors were more like him.
September 13, 2014Lori B.Verified patient
Kind, makes sure everything is understood. He found a spot on my bladder wall so hidden that I believe without his expertise and diligence no one else would have found it. His wife is a competent and very friendly receptionist/assistant. Highly recommend him. I originally saw him for a kidney stone, he did a 24 hour urine test and adjusted my diet to avoid any in the future.

Very professional, but had a few jokes up his sleeve. I felt very comfortable in his office and in his diagnosis. I look forward to seeing him again.
August 5, 2013Michael B.Verified patient
Staff was unprofessional. They had no credit card machine for the co-pay and couldn't find the materials to take my blood! They didn't seem overly concerned with my problem, and I left in tears.
