First Care Medical Clinic is a full-service walk-in clinic in Monroe that offers patient-centered medical care. Conveniently located near the heart of the downtown area, we service the City of Monroe and the surrounding communities of Indian Trail, Stallings, Lake Park, Wingate, Unionville, Marshville, Peachland, Polkton, and Wadesboro. Patients come to First Care for everything from annual physical exams and immunizations to allergy and asthma treatment.
