Front desk lady has attitude
And Doctor kept awkwardly talking and said he will be back but DIDNT RETURN.
Nurse came in and I asked for the doctor and she had there to say " what would you like to ask him" REALLY?!?
How about you stay in your Under ten an hour place and get me who I asked for!
I immediately gathered my son and my belonging and left!
As we were walking out , she said " oh he will be right with you"
After the 2 hours gross lobby wait and 45 min Doctor wait... Ohhhl no and good bye!
But I can't get mad at them. Who am I kidding taking UHC ( insurance company ) and bringing it to this medicade/Obama care facility

Dr Trinidad seemed very rushed and egotistical. He did not seem compassionate, caring, or genuine. He was quick to cut me short and did not listen to much I had to say. After doing his research, he found that what I was saying was accurate and gave me what I needed which was a simple referral for blood work. Oy vey. Why are doctors so cocky? Do no harm applies here but checking your ego at the door should also be considered.

I came in after work for my 5:00 PM appointment, as the time flies I notice people who had appointments are getting called in... No problem, then I start seeing walk ins from 5:30 to 6:02 getting called in before myself, I really need the refill and the phones lines stay busy, I would not recommend this location to anybody.

Besides the really long wait everything was great. My appointment was at 535 pm but didn't actually get seen until 730 pm. Maybe this was due to an evening appointment or because this facility is fairly new to the neighborhood. Either way Dr. Trinidad was extremely apologetic and my children enjoyed their visit, and didn't mind the shots.

It was our first time.. So arrives a couple minutes before our appointment to fill out paper work by the time it was our actual appointment a couple of minutes after we were called back which was great.. Even better they do their own blood work there and have an X-ray room which was great no running around to different facilities. We saw Dr. Trinidad he was great fast to the point and asked questions and tried to get as much info as possible to give us a good result.. We will be back I highly recommend them..

The waiting time is disappointing, I waited too long to see Dr Trinidad. He beside manner was ok and he seemed concerned with my problem, however he did not listen well to me and he opposed what I said, I personlly would rather go place else next time, it is take too long to see him ! I was there at 6 pm and went our of the clinic at 8:15 pm !!!!!

It seemed like he was in a hurry. Was there for two or three minutes, left and assistant came back saying we were done. I had more questions to ask but didn't get a chance. He could've have engaged a little more and shown more interest.
I might give them another chance because everything else was conveninet.

This Dr was very strange, a well visit with the infants cloths still on. I was very disappointed with his bedside manner. We waited a good while to see him and he spent about 5 to 7 minutes with my son. As my son and I waited for him to renter the room , the MA showed up with paper work and a unlabeled vaccine. I would never return to this place even if they were another physician to see.

This was my first visit. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled PAP/well womans appointment..2 hours later I was then escorted to my examing room where I then waited an additional 30 minutes for the doctor. The Dr was friendly but reeked of tobacco. I picked this place because of the flexible late hours. My experience was like being in the emergency of the county hospital.
