The office is small, but Toba and her workers provide an comfortable experience! Toba genuinely cares about her patients and their health! Once i saw her, she jumped right into the steps I’d have to take to becoming healthier and gave me a sheet of the things I need to stay away from and incorporate in my diet.

We are located in the heart of Flushing, Queens. It is a welcoming and conducive environment where individualized and customized medical nutrition therapy is provided to our valued clients. You will be guided to become more informed and pro-acive about your nutritional health and weight status. Specialization is in the prevention and management of nutritionally related diseases such as diabetes, cholesterol, BP, cancer, heart and gastrointestinal health. I have more than 20 years of experience working in different capacities at various hospitals, nursing homes, adult care centers and school nutrition programs, each with its own diverse population. I have witnessed how prompt and effective nutrition intervention can significantly help in disease prevention, as well as aid in improving or maintaining health.
