Wish my appt would start 5-10 from time of my timed appt. Took over 45 min. However, the doctor and nurses were professional, nice, informative, and recommended a lot of treatments, and tests.

Dr. Ward is kind and a great Physician! He listens and doesn't rush to judgement on anything and discusses treatment with you as a person and not as if you don't know anything! He also gives you his own handwritten notes of your visit so you will remember what was discussed and everything you need to know. I highly recommend him as your PCP!

Dr. Ward spent more time and asked more questions about my problems than any other Doctor I’ve seen in the last 10 years. Looked for reasons and depth to complete a plan to start my treatment. Seems to know more about cardio than the cardiologist I was going to. And he is a very dry funny person. Perfect.

Dr.Ward was great he addressed all of my concern and schedule follow up appointments to insure everything is going well. His nurses are great but receptionist could be a little more welcoming. When I first got there I expected the Doctor to be as nonchalant as the front desk staff (no greetings) but he was actually the kind of doctor I been looking for. Overall I will recommend to any one which I actually have already. Thanks Dr. Ward

Dr. Ward has been seeing my family for around 20 years now. He is very thorough, sits down in the chair face to face with you and listens to what you have to say. You can almost see the wheels turning in his head as he thinks about what's going on with you, the possible issues/concerns, and solutions/treatments. Physicians like Dr. Ward are few and far between.

Nursing staff made you feel at home and were extremely personable. Accommodation of my requests were met without question.
The doctor, Ward, was likely the best doctor I have spoken with. Bottom line, he listened intently and was right to the point on any concerns and actions needed. You really can't ask for anything better than a doctor that KNOWS his profession and does not leave room for confusion or uncertainty.

I didn't like his attitude after I told him all the medication I was taking he told me maybe I wasn't the doctor I needed that was rude for him to say to a new patient. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with me and he's worried about if I'm a drug addict so I would never recommend him. Terry to help me before trying to judge me awful experience. ..

Dr. Ward has the best bedside manners I've ever experienced from a medical doctor. He doesn't treat you like a number, and he takes out the time to explain where you are at the present, and what he's going to do to get you to the targeted goal. Oh, I forgot to say that he writes this all down for you. How may doctors tell you their goal is to only see you once or twice a year. This is not the first time I've used Dr. Ward, and it wont be the last. I would recommend him to any and everybody!!!
