If I could leave all zero's I would.Terrible unprofessional ignorant staff.l arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment & was seen 2 hours later, My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy twice & part of my prescription was missing,If you need anything after hours don't expect a call back.I needed the doctor to sign off on my medical equipment ,I called & even had my insurance rep call repeatedly over a 3 week span & it never got done. This is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had,I should have read the earlier reviews I will be changing doctors.

This experience exemplified the problem with the healthcare system. As there first patient that day, I waited an hour for the doctor to arrive in his own office. To add insult to injury the nurse has the audacity to tell me that since I was there for an annual, any other general health questions I had would cost extra. By the time I left there was a queue of at least 5 patients. This is unacceptable and unnecessary. There are simple time management, lean principles and common courtesy that can be applied to reduce lead time and make a health visit more efficient.

They treated me great. But unfortunately they didn’t sent the prescription to the pharmacy. It has been almost a week trying to reach them out and it seems they have been closed since I went there. Terrible service! How come should I get better if I don’t have my prescriptions? And how come they are not open for business to reach them out??? I’m very mad about this. I paid the appointment and I have to beg for my prescriptions?!?!
