It seemed that the medical assistant was irritated with me when I was asking her questions. She was in a hurry. I felt rushed. Not taken care of. She seemed frustrated with me. She got mad that I asked her for a urine cup for my daughter to get her tested. She went in another room and told the doctor I was only here for my daughters rash on her arm. Which it was a bug bite. How unprofessional telling the doctor and complaining just about a urine sample for my daughter that is having vaginal problems! Very very unprofessional! I'm thinking about going to another pediatrician if the environment does not change. Remind you we were the only ones in the waiting room when we arrived and left. So I dont know why I was rushed and treated badly.

This was my first time seeing her and wow!! She was wonderful! The staff was courteous. She already knew our PCP Dr [...] and made us feel right at home.
