Médico mercantilista, fui hacerme los exámenes de rutina y por supuesto mi seguro pago mi consulta y mis exámenes, semanas después me llaman de que tengo que ir al consultorio, pensando que mis examenes salieron mal, solo fue para decirme que todos mis exámenes salieron bien, le cobro a mi seguro full generándome un copago bastante alto, eso fue SEPTIEMBRE Y OCTUBRE, ahora en FEBRERO, yo tomo una pastilla para la ansiedad y una para dormir, problemas generado por la menopausia, llame como todos los meses llamaba para que me prepararan la prescripción y pregunte si podÃa darme el recipe para 3 meses porque voy a ausentarme del paÃs y adivinen que? Me hicieron ir a la oficina me cobraron la consulta full para decirme que mi seguro no iba a permitir que me vendieran los 3 meses juntos y me cobro la consulta full, 3 consulta en 5 meses, sin sÃntomas, sin enfermedad, la reacción del doctor fue no dejarme hablar, el dice que como son sustancia controladas las pastillas que tomo el no puede darme prescripción si no me ve, la pregunta y en noviembre, en diciembre y en enero las droga que tomo no estaban controladas? Porque yo llamaba por teléfono y ellos me tenÃan la prescripción lista y ahora en febrero solo para decirme que no me la iban a vender por tres meses me cobro la consulta y me mando hacerme los exámenes de rutina que me hice en septiembre que estando todo bien, no eran necesario hacerlo tan pronto, excusas, excusas, excusas... la asistente del doctor cuando le dije de mi concern fue bastante ruda también, es triste cuando como médico pierdes la humanidad y te conviertes en una caja registradora

One of the nicest and best doctors I've met in so long! I've been to so many doctors and just couldn't find someone who actually cared and would help me and then i found Dr Francisco Cruz and right away he listened to all my problems and actually took action. Even the nurses were polite and nice!! Unfortunately i just got a call today that they no longer take my insurance, I'm so sad because i really liked it there, i felt comfortable , and felt like i was in good hands!
