They seemed behind on their schedule. They called to get me to come in early but I could only manage to get there 10 minutes early to then wait over 30 mins to see the doctor for 5 mins. Everyone was friendly but the scheduling/wait could use some improvement. I'll likely come back and just avoid scheduling Friday afternoon!

Dr. Francisco Cuellar is a graduate of Universidad Salvadorena Alberto Masferrer School of Medicine. He went on to complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at King/Drew-UCLA medical center in southern CA, where he served as chief resident. Dr Cuellar’s experience includes: high-risk obstetrics, pelvic prolapse, and minimally invasive gynecological surgery. His pursuit of excellence in patient surgical care, has motivated him to being one of the leading certified surgeons in the latest minimally invasive gynecological techniques in his community. Dr Cuellar, with the use of the da Vinci Surgical system, can provide his patients the best possible surgery experience and a faster recovery time.
As the founder of Women MedCare, Dr Cuellar understands the importance of a healthy doctor-patient relationship, and emphasizes individualizing care and acknowledging the uniqueness of each patient. He has been practicing medicine in the Inlad Empire since 2003 and is an active associate of PVHMC and SACH. Dr Cuellar is married and is the proud father of 3 children. I went in to confirm my pregnancy. The doctor used a small handheld ultrasound to confirm I was pregnant and asked me to wait for the big ultrasound machine and for it tech to perform a proper ultrasound. So, that took about 3 minutes with the doctor. The office than proceeded to complete forget about me while I waited for the ultrasound machine for another hour or more. The whole visit was horrible. Would not recommend.

Dr. Cuellar is just awesome! He is so friendly & easygoing yet extremely knowledgable and professional as well. His office and skin care staff are wonderful too. They invest a lot of time in your care and I felt very comfortable and confident in their skills, treatments & recommendations. An overall GREAT medical office. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Cuellar and his staff!!

It always feel good to already have some kind of relationship between you and your doctor. I found Dr. Cuellar because he's also my sisters OBGYN, so I always saw him at her appointments. He's such a friendly guy and doesn't sugar coat things. Yes when it's busy he's quick during his appointments, but no complaint, I really wouldn't want to take my time at the doctors unless something was really wrong. I only went in for my yearly pap and I was in and out in no time.

It all first started with one of the nurses, she was not very welcoming and she was trying to finish filling out my medical history questions (since I hadn't finished) as she was about to start taking my vitals. Then another nurse came and told her she wasn't supposed to take me in yet, so they asked me to wait outside. Another 10 minutes later, I was asked to go in to see the doctor. He wasn't very helpful.. I went in for my annual check up and he basically told me I didn't have to do it anymore for the next 3 years if I have had it done in the past year, which I understood. He did express he had been up all night delivering babies and so he was just going through the motions. I didn't appreciate that because it was my first time with this doctor and he did not even care to get to know me or why I was really there. He just asked if I was pregnant and if I wanted to get pregnant, since my response was no, he then sort of prescribed me birth control. I say sort of, because my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy.. It was just over all bad customer service and I was not satisfied.

The office staff was unorganized and did not appear to know what was going on. They were very friendly and helpful, but seemed inexperienced. When I first arrived for my appointment, there was much confusion amongst the office staff about whether or not I had even made an appointment (which I had). Then there was confusion over whether or not they could use my insurance. This was not resolved for almost an hour. The girl who took my vital signs and interviewed me seemed unprepared, and was not sure what questions to ask me. She was also very friendly, but I think she requires more training and/or supervision. She also did my blood draw, and again, I have to say she gave me the impression that she was inexperienced. She had to stick me twice, and she appeared to have not done many blood draws before. After being taken to the exam room, I met Dr. Cuellar who had great bedside manner. But that is all I can really say about him because he did not perform my exam. He left the room while the PA student performed my exam, and I don't feel she did a good job. She, like the office staff, seemed very inexperienced. I know everyone has to start somewhere, but I would have felt more comfortable if the staff and the student had more supervision.

HE WAS EXTREMELY SMART, THROUGH, HE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY HEALTH, HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS TO WHERE I TRUELY COULD UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. THE OFFICE LOOKED SO NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE STAFF WAS JUST AS GOOD!!!
