Easy to park, the doctor performed a routine exam and explained the procedures in a professional manner, very friendly staff. The equipment inside shows some wear and tear, but the office is clean.

The entire office was very friendly and put me at ease. The doctor was professional, explained what he would do and made me feel that he cared about getting me where I need to be. It was my first visit but I feel that I have found a doctor that I can have a long term relationship with. Very pleased so far!

As a first time patient, I expected to see more of the doctor himself. The receptionist, P.A and phlebotomist came across as unfriendly, uninterested & uncaring.

I was a first time patient. The doctor's staff is very gracious and helpful. Dr. Velazquez made me very comfortable during the entire visit and was willing and able to address my health questions with answers I could understand. The Dr. has a great personality and very quickly put my first time visit nerves at ease. After today's visit, he will be my primary care physician.
