Hello! My name is Francoise Bissai, and I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice from George Mason University. I am also a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and hold a Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from George Mason University. I have been practicing for a little over four years, treating adults dealing with a variety of mental health challenges.
I use medications when appropriate, those approved to treat these conditions, with the client as an integral part of the process. My background as an FNP puts me in a better position to understand your medical conditions, if you have any, and how they impact your mental health and vice versa.
