Dr. Lanza was alright. The door to his office was open while he was receiving me, which puzzled me and made me uncomfortable talking about my symptoms, since there were people walking by outside. It's a minor thing, but definitely stuck with me as unprofessional. He made some weird jokes about my symptoms, going off topic, which was also a bit of a red flag. I also thought he was a bit hasty in suggesting I get a flexi sig - I had always assumed the less invasive tests would be done first. I'm not sure if I would recommend this doctor - he definitely has experience.

The visit with Dr Lanza was an absolute delight!. He was courteous, on time, attentive, easy to talk to and discuss my concerns. He shared his professional opinion and was open to discuss the matter which I find is an excellent quality by a doctor. His easy going manner helps a patient feel comfortable. I must say his Nurse Sandy was a great asset to him, with her attention to details and I felt she took extra attention and went the extra mile. Over all the doctor, Nurse and the office staff made the visit an excellent experience.Highly recommend him!
