Dr. Lee is a board certified fellowship-trained cornea specialist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Physiology and Biophysics at Georgetown University. He received his medical training at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. He pursued additional training through a pre-residency fellowship in Ocular Inflammation and Uveitis at the Massachusetts Eye Research and Surgery Institution. He completed his residency in ophthalmology through Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. He received further training through a fellowship in Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive surgery at the University of Rochester Flaum Eye Institute.
Dr. Lee is dedicated to patient care and restoring sight though the latest techniques in corneal transplant surgery. He has had extensive experience managing complex corneal disorders and patients undergoing laser vision correction. He has active medical licenses in Nevada and New York. He has been certified on the AMO Catalys femtosecond laser for laser cataract surgery, as well as the Ziemer Femto LDV laser and the Bausch and Lomb Technolas 217z excimer laser for LASIK and PRK procedures.
Dr. Lee has published several academic posters and papers during his career and has volunteered his time to the Lions Eye Foundation and Unite for Sight. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the Cornea Society, and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

I enjoyed the visit. I haven't been to an eye doctor in over 25 years and wasn't sure what to expect. I thought the entire experience was very professional. All of the staff were very polite, friendly and knowledgable. I very much so liked the technician James, he was very funny and made the visit a delight.
