Dr. Frank Oliver enjoys walking through the fires of life with his patients, just like his father did. He appreciates the privilege and responsibility of caring for the physicians who elected him as one of the Best Doctors in Dallas, as well as the friendship of the outstanding partners and peers he has enjoyed through the years.
Dr. Oliver has served his community as a missionary, pastor/parish relations committee member, Sunday school teacher, youth counselor, choir president, scoutmaster, Eagle Advisor, regional science fair judge, and YMCA Father of the Year.
He is on the Health and Rehab Committee to deal with doctors with drug, alcohol and physical and emotional challenges and is on the Southwestern Gynecologic Assembly, a group of physicians devoted to joining with Southwestern Medical School to present an annual Continuing Medical Education program. He has been on Dallas County Medical Society committees and Ob-Gyn department chief. Dr. Oliver has appeared twice on The Discovery Channel and on American Health Front. He was featured in US News and World Report and was voted a Texas Super Doctor as well as one of America’s Outstanding Physicians.

He is one of the few doctors who takes time and energy to personally talk with and care for his patients both in office and on the phone. It feels like the patient doctor relationship was made to be and probably was many years ago. Dr Oliver is one of the few good ones and we are lucky to have him in the city.

Dr. Oliver has been my doctor for over ten years now. I would drive where ever I need to see him. His bed side manner is calming and he immediately puts you at ease. I have had some issues over the years and have been through probably 10 gynecologists over my lifetime. I will never seek another one. Dr. Oliver is in D's magazine as Dallas BEST for a reason!
Also, there is no waiting like in many offices. They get you in on or before your appointment time. Kuddos to Dr. Oliver and his lovely staff.
