The receptionist was very helpful. The waiting area is very pleasant. Dr Santoro was excellent. He took the time to provide an explanation about everything he was doing and made sure that I had no further questions. I had adequate time during the visit and did not feel rushed. I felt like a patient and not just an appointment being processed.

The staff at check-in was friendly. I was taken to the exam room on time and went through some preliminary questions with the assistant. My wait time for the Dr. to come in was less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and made small talk within more serious health discussions and recommendations. He addressed a skin concern I had as well as performed a full body screening. I would recommend Dr. Santoro to anyone in the area looking for a dermatologist.

I couldn't believe how quickly I was taken in. I actually showed up early and expected to wait, but they took me right away. Dr. Santoro was wonderful. This was my first time ever getting a skin exam and he was very good at explaining what he was going to do and teaching me about skin care. A wonderful doctor!

Excellent experience from arrival to departure. The staff was courteous and professional; they send you papers to fill prior to arrival which can cut down your wait time but it wasn't an issue when I didn't bring them with me, it took me less than 10 minutes to check-in, fill the papers, be taken in by the MA for screening questions and be greeted by Dr. Santoro. He took his time to meet me, understand my complaint and background and after he arrived to a diagnosis, developed a treatment plan with me for me. I was pleased with this experience and will continue having him as my dermatologist.
