When I first arrived I felt the front office assistant could of greeted me better she was not very customer service friendly and could of smiled. The medical assistants were very nice, courteous, greeted me with a smile and told me their names. Dr. Rueckl was very nice, professional, courteous and provided very good treatment to me. I will go back and see him again in September like we discussed.

More about Dr. Frank Victor Rueckl, MD
A native Nevadan, Dr. F. Victor Rueckl, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon. After obtaining a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Southern California, Dr. Rueckl attended medical school first at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, and finished his degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. After obtaining his degree, Dr. Rueckl moved to Santa Barbara, California, where he did an internship in internal medicine. The following year, Dr. Rueckl decided he wanted a more specialized field and applied to Brown University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island. He was accepted into his first choice – dermatology – and obtained his specialized degree in 1982. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Rueckl moved to Southern California to complete a fellowship in Mohs surgery at UC Irvine School of Medicine.
Upon completion of schooling, Dr. Rueckl moved back to his hometown in Reno, Nevada and opened a private practice for dermatology and Mohs cancer surgery. Dr. Rueckl kept his private practice in Reno until 1996. Soon after, he moved to Bakersfield, California to work for Kaiser Permanente and run their dermatology department. After a few years, Dr. Rueckl decided he wanted to re-enter private practice and moved to Las Vegas to open Lakes Dermatology. He subsequently added to that practice by starting The Spa at Lakes Dermatology in May 2005.
Dr. Rueckl is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. He is also a fellow in the American Association of Cosmetic Dermatology. He has been licensed in Nevada since 1981.

Front desk was very welcoming but did have to wait 25mins. Not really too bad since my appt was booked the day b4.
Dr Rueckl did not try to sell me a lot of useless creams and moisturizers. Told me to call him next day and leave a message regarding my progress. He said he would return the call.

They said "ZocDoc was a third party and they didn't use the imformation." Zocdoc its a waste of time.

Fantastic visit. Just moved to vegas from new york city, Dr .Rueckl is way better than my previous dermatologist. Dr.Rueckl did in a 10 minuted visit what my previous doctor would have taken 2 visits for. He's getting my praise and future business.

Dr. Rueckl is the best dermatologist in Las Vegas. Not only does he give you his undivided attention but his office has state of the art skin treatments. The staff is wonderful!
