I immediately felt comfortable with Frankki at our initial meeting. She was patient with me and seemed to genuinely want to understand what I was going through and how she could help. She also described her treatment plan and rationale clearly and provided multiple options for moving forward which made me feel included in the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone trying to figure out where they are right now and what their next steps are, whether that's therapy, medication, or more holistic options!

I have been a patient of Frankki's for awhile and I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. She listened to me with patience and compassion. I was never rushed and always felt heard and respected. She took the time to go over any and all concerns and questions I had about starting a new medication and put me at ease each time.

I recently saw Nurse Frankki through Zocdoc, and I just had to share how wonderful my experience was. If you're dealing with an illness, I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is truly fantastic!
The whole process, starting the minute I checked in, was smooth and completely professional. But what really makes Nurse Frankki stand out is their amazing patience and how thorough she is. I'm already feeling much better, and I definitely credit a big part of my positive progress to the excellent care I received from Nurse Frankki! Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Frankki. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to really understand what I’ve been dealing with. The evaluation was thorough without feeling overwhelming, and she explained everything clearly so I actually understood my diagnosis and options.
What I appreciate most is how collaborative she is. Frankki talked through treatment and medication choices with me instead of just telling me what to do. I felt heard, included, and supported the whole time.
Follow-up has been smooth and she checks in to make sure things are working, which I’ve never had with other providers.
Highly recommend Frankki if you’re looking for someone who is warm, attentive, and truly invested in your well-being.
