Wonderful, knowledgeful doctor.
Wonderful once we were seen. But after making the appt online, I waited over 24 hours, it was almost 5pm the next day, and the office had not confirmed the appt. I called and they really didn't seem to have it together, and they definitely weren't going to call me. The appt was for the next day early morning.
So we get to the appt and the waiting room was freezing, it was 32 degrees the night before and the waiting room were people were going in and out, was not heated at all. We waited 1.5 hours and we were called back to the nurse. After that we were told there was no room for us, so back the freezing waiting room. Then just under, by not ten minutes, we were led to a room in the very back, that was not even five degrees warmer to wait again. My daughters temp when they took it was only 95.7 we were so cold!
Even the PA said it was cold and I told her it wasn't even as cold as the waiting room we had been in for two hours.
The DR and PA were fantastic, just a shame all the other stuff

Dr. Douglis was nice. The wait was long but I just felt rushed after waiting for almost 2 hours. The only reason I stayed waiting was because it was raining so bad outside.

The office staff and everyone there was very nice and polite, however I am not super happy about the whole experience. The doctor was only in the room for probably about 5-7 minutes. He wasn’t rude or anything, but he seemed to be in a big hurry and I felt extremely rushed. He looked in my nose and ears very quickly and told me the results of my x-rays, told me I had a sinus infection & what medicines to take, and kindof casually mentioned that I’ll probably need surgery. He didn’t really give me an opportunity to ask questions and he didn’t explain things very well. I managed to squeeze a few questions in, and he almost seemed irritated that I would question him about anything.
Like I said, he wasn’t actively rude or anything. I just feel like I wasn’t given nearly enough time with the doctor, especially after paying so much, and I feel that he didn’t like it when I asked questions.

All the frustration of the wait in the waiting room was eliminated by the thorough job this doctor did evaluating all of my numerous issues. He is extremely thorough, smart, and even has a witty sense of humor. His PA was also equally as good.

Very quick, however staff didn't know about zocdoc. So that was frustrating, but someone finally was able to help me. I love this doctor great bedside manner. He is very sarcastic, but I liked that about him! Answers all the questions! Great with kids!

The wait was ridiculous. Forget about making an appointment because it won't matter. I had a 10 A.M. and didn't get seen until noon.

The doctor's office messed up my appointment. The receptionist kept telling me I did not have appointment that day but the week before and I did not show after I checked in at the front window.
I told her that was the day I made my appointment, not the day I supposed to visit. I showed her my record of making me appointment online and confirmation but she refused to look at them. She told me since I did not have appointment so she would try to squeeze me in as Walk-in and asked me to pay me copay.
I had to asked several times about when I would be seen after waiting for about 90 minutes but she only told me my name was not in her system so I had to wait. I finally had enough and decided to leave so I asked for my money back, then her office manager stepped in and had assistant called my name right away.
I don't know what was wrong with their system but over all I was very unhappy about this appointment.

The woman at the front desk named linda was very unprofessional and knows nothing about customer service she was very rude to me and i will not be going back to that office again.

He is a good old school doctor which I like. He takes time with the patients and knew what the problem was right away. Other ENTs in the area had 2-3 weeks waiting period, I got in with Douglis less than 3 days and he is the only doc in the building not like 10 ENTs in a group who sees patients like a revolving door.
