Dr. Fred (Rocky) Seale received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He studied medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wilford Hall Medical Center and Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio. Dr. Seale then spent three years practicing as a U.S. Air Force physician at RAF Lakenheath Air Base north of London, England. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Seale is currently the OB/Gyn Coordinator for the McKay Dee Family Practice Residency Program. He practices at Ogden Clinic Women’s Center at McKay Dee Medical Center. In his spare time, Dr. Seale enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing music, skiing and cycling.
