He thoroughly examined the area that was causing me pain, checked my xrays and discussed what was going on, suggested possible way to deal with the pain and since both sides show the same thing we agreed to try shots at the earliest possible date at Legacy. I'm schedule in two weeks.

Everyone was efficient and friendly. I felt that I was listened to and my concerns were handled carefully and explanations were clear.

It is nice to be treated with respect and sincerity. I have seen quite a few doctors, specialists and many, but not all, but many look at patients as just a number or name and not as a person in pain or even as a person. Dr. Bagares takes his job of excellent care very seriously and is very receptive to questions and comments. His caring attitude came through on our first visit and I look forward to seeing him and his lovely staff of folks during my next visit.
