Total failure! I never spoke to anyone at the practice. I got a link to enter the waiting room. I joined about five minutes before the appointment time and waited for over 20 minutes, but no one ever showed up. I disconnected the call and made a new appointment for two hours later. I had the exact same problem on the second call so I have never spoken to the doctor. Also, I had a 2:40 appointment time, but when I entered the waiting room, it gave me a drop-down to choose my appointment time and the only options were 2:30 and 2:45, so I had no way to even choose the correct appointment time.

upon arrival greeted with pleasant staff; they helped with Signing the paperwork; physician very passionate with what he does by the way he had conversations with his patents (one) Clean, very home environment. The staff are extremely pleasant.

Dr. Fremlin is a wonderful doctor, he and staff always help me, with my me, needs they listen and, offer services that I need, I like the relation I have with Dr. Fremlin and staff at true care medical I highly reccomend the doctors. Assist and staff, have my health needs in care.
