Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and friendly from the front office receptionist, to Tyesha, to the doctor to the lab corp. I was really impressed.

Although my visit with Dr. Ghebreab went well, I would not visit again if he's at the Washington Hospital Center. 99% of the staff were extremely unprofessional. There were personal phone conversations occurring in plain site of patients and other staff. The tone of the staff members seemed more irritated or nonchalant than patient and courteous. Once my session with Dr. Ghebreab was up, no one told me what to do next. I roamed the halls and was not asked if I needed help. I had to go back to the front desk to find out where I should go for my blood work. Even as I roamed the halls again looking for the room, no one offered assistance. The lab technician (who was to draw my blood) pulled two fresh gloves, dropped one on the floor, and put it on rather than dispose of it and get a FRESH & CLEAN glove. This occurred right in front of me!!! Throughout the whole visit, I could overhear other staff having loud personal conversations (through the walls!!). This experience did not give me confidence that I was in the hands of those who would care for me and look out for my best interests. I have no plans to return to this location for any other services.
