Dr. Lee was good to talk with and inspiring, thank you. The office staff rushed through interactions with me as a new patient doing a colonoscopy for the first time. With the staff serving multiple doctors, they were just processing patients with little empathy. I don't know of any cancer but they just tossed around the idea of biopsies with little consideration for the patient's feelings. I had to rephrase my questions several times for them to be understood and mostly answered. 1 star for the staff.

Dr. Gabriel, he was the best doctor I have seen in a long time. Was not at all in a hurry was very patient and understanding. He will listen to you, that was a great quality. He explained everything in detail what he was going to do and he was very through.
The staff at the office was very professional and helpful, they made sure that I had all my appointments setup for my diagnostics before I left the office.

We really appreciate Dr. Lee. He is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, answers all our concerns, and goes beyond what most doctors do to see to their patients needs. Our daughter has aspergers and he is so kind and patient with her. We met him during an emergency situation with our daughter and we immediately knew that he was on the right track with her needs. We feel confident that we are in good hands with him. His staff is excellent as well. It says a lot when everyone you meet in the office is smiling and happy!

Dr. Lee gave my wife and I easy steps to get treatment appointment
to MD Anderson Cancer Center to verify if I did indeed have Pancreatic Cancer. Due to previous abdominal surgery, he was unable to get a good biopsy of the Pancreas.
Upon our return home, I called MD Anderson and was led thru the steps to get all the information I needed to send my case worker all applicable reports and tests that had been done up to this point.

Dr. Lee is very thorough and does not jump to conclusions like a lot of doctors i know. He appears to be very sharp technically, asks all of the right questions, and is a very good listener. And he is part of a very reputable group - Bay Area Gastro.
The facilities are top notch and his office staff is fantastic.

I am extremely pleased with the care that I receive from Dr. Lee. He is always kind and courteous and professional. He listens to me as a patient and works with me and my Chron's as a team. He never seems rushed or too busy to care and he is very thorough. I have had many GI doctors and I can say by far he has been the best and has kept me in remission with the least of medications. I like the office setting and location also, Always a place to park and the waiting time is almost nothing. His staff is always nice and friendly also.

I always enjoy going to my appointments with Dr. Lee. He always makes time for any questions I have, He is always kind and professional. He has worked hard with me to keep me in remission now for two years, I like that he is always available at least through his internet or phone service and I always get a quick reply. He is the best Gastroenterologist I have had so far, and have had Chron's disease for more then 20 years. I was lucky to find him.
