She is consistently wonderful and genuinely caring. She is thorough and doesn't jump the gun for tests that maybe deemed unnecessary. I have seen her a few times for my son and she has been patient and knowledgable. My son has autism and she has always treated with respect despite his hyper activity in the office and fits of crying. I'm so very glad I found her and couldn't say enough good things about her.

Dr. Grinstein is so wonderful. She addressed all medical questions and concerns without having to say a word during the visit. She was very attentive to my step son and treated him as the one person in charge of his own health without making him feel insecure. Our first visit and I already love her :-)

Dr. Grinstein is great, but the staff at the front desk leave a lot to be desired. I am unable to access my child's medical records due to an error made by front desk, and NYU support staff is not helpful in resolving. Very frustrating!
