Everytime I go to see her I feel like i am a bother and that she does not want to see people, and wants to get you out of the office as soon as possible.She is poilte in her maner but doesnt seem to care and she does just enough because she has to.

Gabrielle was very kind and sweet. The cost that had been discussed with the office personnel over the phone was much less than what was quoted once I was at the office. I really did like Gabrielle she was very caring and sincere.

When I arrived at the office, I was told that my appointment was scheduled for the following day. After some checking, it was determined that the appointment was, in fact, for the current day. It was scheduled by error for the following day. No person was in the office at that time do take care of my appointment, but they immediately called needed people to come in and they arrived within about 15 minutes. Other than that, all went fine.

We bascially were looking for an audiologist and read through reviews online. After some research, we picked Clear Haven and Ms Luke. She absolutely diagnosed my mothers hearing issues and referred us to an ENT. Her no pressure, thorough approach was very refreshing. She did not try and sell a new set of hearing aids to us either. I am so glad we went her and to Ms Luke.
