The office waiting is not fun. There are a lot of people and you barely can find a seat while waiting. If you have an appointment with him, expect the wait for at least 30 min. There are a lot of people there receiving shots. Putting that aside, the wait was worth it! Dr. Gad Avshalomov has helped my baby's eczema. It got so bad and I'm glad that his directness in regards of treatment plan was very helpful. Her condition improves the next day and I can't express my gratitude towards him. Definitely a good doctor for my baby!
This office had no idea I had an appointment since they said they do not use zocdoc. Had to wait over an hour to be seen. Big lack of communication and mess up . Don't use zocdoc for this doctor
If you need anything more than a cursory examination don't bother. Terrible wait time and unprofessional atmosphere. Stay away
Very pleasant staff.
I personally did not like my experience at this office. I was 4 times the day of my appointment. 2 times to confirm, 1 time they left a message and then a 4th time to move my appointment after they already confirmed 3 times the same day. After all that I arrived to the office early just in case they had to register me. When I arrived I mentioned my arrival to the receptionist who by the way seemed overwhelmed with her duties. After waiting a half hour I asked her if there was an issue and she apparently didn't notice me and let several other patients go back while I continued to wait. It was after a 45 min wait that she finally registered me. I finally got to see the doctor after waiting a total of 2 hours. The actual encounter with the doctor wasn't completely bad. He asked some pertinent questions although he didn't give much feedback as to the results which would've been most helpful. I have no desire to return and will be looking for another doctor.
I saw Dr Gad Avshalomov within 2 weeks the problem that i had went away with the proper medication. I am very please with the Dr the staff are very polite
Dr. Gad is professional, funny and thorough. The office staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. Great first visit.
Great experience with the staff , but the wait is very long.
I have been seeing Dr. Gadi regularly for 18 months since finding him on ZocDoc. He and his staff have been providing excellent care for my allergies and related asthma issues, from diagnosis to treatment. They have also cured my lifelong aversion to needles used for shots and blood tests (and I'm in my 40s). For that alone, I can't thank them enough. Highly recommended!
