Dr. Singh has treated my son since age 11. He is knowledgable, friendly and caring. At every session he is patient and really tries to help my son with his issues. Dr. Singh's approach of combining therapy and medicine makes both my son and I feel comfortable with his treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Singh.

Dr. Singh is extremely knowledgeable and personable working with adolescent patients. He has treated my son since age 12 for a complicated set of issues, (including anxiety, depression, trauma, adhd). He works patiently and spends the time each session to tease out fundamental issues at the root of behavioral and/or psych problem. He focuses on both therapeutic and medicinal approaches and is not aggressive with use of meds prior to getting a feel for the root issues.

The practice of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, as well as Adult Psychiatry, is as exciting as it is varied.
This specialty is truly one of the last bastions in modern medicine that allows the practitioner to 'connect' with the patient, and one where the value of the patient's input is not underestimated.
Understanding the impact of one's life experiences, and the interaction with a person's biology and temperament is an art that few have the opportunity to practice on a routine basis. A careful evaluation can reveal several areas of focus for medication and therapy during the treatment of the individual.
It is this art that defines the profession of Psychiatry - especially Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
