Dr. Telhan is a great Doctor. He’s very professional and attentive. Even though his office was a little behind schedule he at least communicated with me that it would be a little before he could see me and apologized for the inconvenience. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and tries to give me more than one option on how to address the issue. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Telhan

Dr Telhan was superb. It would have been nice to know before I booked my appointment for a new PCP that he was leaving. It was also impossible to get through to the office directly for lab results that needed to get to a surgeon asap because all calls go through the central AllCare phone bank, which is largely unmanned, so even if something is incredibly important, they don’t call you back, put you on hold until you finally hang up, pretending that they are connecting you to the clinic where are your doctor works. Corporate medicine and it’s very worst.? I would never go back there again. ? Corporate medicine and it’s very worst.

He also completed his internship in family medicine at OhioHealth O'Bleness Hospital. He then went on to complete his residency in family medicine at Adena Regional Medical Center. Dr. Telhan was great! He was very nice and I could hear him through the walls patiently helping people who were old, sick and difficult. It can be hard to follow up with the same Dr. here on days they are not in clinic. You either have to walk in and see another or I don't know. Maybe they can be reached on that app. Rest of the staff, bloodwork (which I despise) shots (despise a tiny bit less) were all done extremely well. I like that ZocDoc made is easy to find and schedule.

Dr. Telhan was wonderful with my kids, even my screaming 3 year old. He took everything I addressed seriously and was very clear and thorough with the exam. The office told us their other location is more focused on pediatrics otherwise we would happily book an appointment with Dr. Telhan again.

The experience was amazing the receptionist was so professional and very friendly. The doctor was a great listener and really cared he knew exactly what was wrong and explained everything in detail and sent my prescriptions over to my pharmacy immediately. I cannot rave about this doctor enough!!!!! The absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a medical professional and am excited to have finally found my primary physician in this area. He was so genuinely kind and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I was not just a number to him, but a person. Not only did he help treat my current issues, he provided several options to help prevent the issue from reoccurring later on.

I enjoyed Dr Telhan as well as the phlebotomist. Bedside manner and ease of communication was great for both.
The office and office staff were not very attentive nor friendly. No one at the front desk for 5 minutes upon arrival and no directions on how to use an iPad for the self check in. Several people were waiting for support to check in for 5+ mins after me until an assistant arrived.
Overall: I recommend Dr Telhan. The office staff and administration needs some support.
