About Dr. Katherine Mazurek
I am a family medicine and fellowship trained sports medicine physician, and I am here to take care of the health needs of you and your family. I believe in a collaborative approach, with the mission to help align your unique values and goals with your health behaviors and evidence-based health care. As I encourage all of my patients to live an active life, my sports medicine training will support you through acute and overuse injuries- including procedures like soft tissue and joint injections, diagnostic ultrasound, concussion management, joint pain and arthritis management, and supporting the mental and metabolic health of athletes.

Being extremely busy and having over 11 hour work schedule , wasted time is infuriating for me, they provide a calm atmosphere and listen which for me is a vital thing and calms my personal stubborness and they get the real way this affects a patient and we reach the goals as needed. Referrals are a PAIN but they are right on task . The systems used are tech advanced and sharp. I came from Medical so I know the bad side of billing, appointments etc. These guys are ON it. No long patient waiting . If your appt is 8am, its 8am. Not a waiting pool to be seen hmmm when ever.

I really enjoyed working with Katie and Precious. They are so kind and made me feel safe. Katie was great at listening to my needs and super informative. She was kind and personable.
Precious was the same! She’s my go-to when it comes to Lab work! She kept me safe and kept me talking. It was great to chat and I felt safe doing so.
